We care about our veterans and want to serve those who have served our country. Our Veteran Assistance programs enable eligible veterans to maintain safe and secure housing through financial assistance and home modifications.
The Veteran Housing & General Assistance Program assists qualifying veterans and surviving spouses with maintaining secure housing and utility services within the fourteen counties served by Rolling Plains Management Corporation’s Community Services Program. Eligible applicants may receive assistance with rent, water, and energy utility costs.
The Veteran Roofing Project provides roof repairs and minor home modification for eligible veterans’ homes within the twenty-eight counties served by Rolling Plains Management Corporation’s Weatherization Program.
This program is supported by a grant from the Texas
Veterans Commission Fund for Veterans’ Assistance.
The Fund for Veterans’ Assistance provides grants to
organizations serving veterans and their families. For

To complete your application, you will need to complete an intake interview with a staff member. Following the interview, the staff member will request the following information:
Proof of income for all household members who are 18 years of age or older for the thirty (30) days prior to the date the consent form is signed. This may include:
